More than once, people get the threading structure wrong. Of course that makes things harder to read (and several times harder for the discussants themselves), and it’s also visually annoying, just as you keep asking and asking.
Maybe it would be worth pinning, somewhere, a very short and simple explanation of how to reply within a thread (or popping up a small notice if the same username comes back and replies again in the same thread). Of course, if it’s possible to duplicate the reply button from the first comment onto the others, that would be preferable.
