Question

Hello Rabbi,
The Rabbi always says that when someone passes away and the like, one should not ask why the Holy One, blessed be He, caused it, etc. Now someone sent me a passage from the book Two Wagons and a Hot-Air Balloon, where the Rabbi explains very well why it is correct to use two levels of explanation and to explain why everything happened, even if it is explained by the laws of nature.
So basically my question is: why can’t one say that every event that happens because of the laws of nature (not miracles) is precisely according to heavenly calculations?
