I would like to know whether it is permissible to publish works (for example, in planning and architecture) that I designed from scratch at my workplace as a salaried employee, since I want to go into independent work later in life, as my works / my renderings, privately, (without the employer’s knowledge). Let me sharpen the question: since he pays me a salary for my creativity, does that mean the entire creation is sold to him and I have no share in it at all? I don’t see any problem at all. You are not making commercial use of those works, but only using them to testify to your abilities, and they really do testify to that. I don’t see any need for elaboration or sources. Good luck.
