Question

Hello Rabbi, in lessons 3 and 4 on analytical Talmudic thinking, the Rabbi referred to Pnei Yehoshua and the Chazon Ish regarding a definite damager and a doubtful case of negligence. You also cited the wording of the Chazon Ish, that the reason the burden is placed on the damager to bring proof is that from the very fact that damage occurred, we have a doubt that perhaps he was negligent. The Rabbi also brought a source from the Chazon Ish regarding one who sets on a dog. I would be happy to receive these sources, please.
