I heard you say on a podcast that in your opinion the creation story in Genesis is a mythical story, and I wanted to ask, why would God convey the story in this way? Why would He give the people of Israel a book, just like other religions, stories that on paper sound illogical (the story of Genesis, the parting of the Red Sea, the story of Jonah, etc.)
After all, He is God, the one who created everything, the wisest, why would He do it this way? Why would He make it difficult for a person to believe?
