I don’t know the details, but in principle it seems that it’s not all that different. True, at a wedding there is food, so the possibility of contagion is greater, and there may also be an enclosed space involved (I don’t know what the situation in Belz was in that respect). There is also room to distinguish between them on the grounds that if demonstrations are not permitted, that opens the door to a totalitarian government. A more limited wedding, by contrast, is not such significant harm.
